Have you ever wanted to try Tai Chi? Want to know more about it for health? Tai Chi was originally developed for self-defense, but has evolved into a graceful form of movements that are now used for stress reduction and flexibility. It is often described as meditation in motion. Brian Wilson (not from the Beach Boys) will introduce us to Tai Chi and help us with positioning and movements. Mr. Wilson will also be offering free Tai Chi classes at WCPL every Tuesday, starting soon!
