Interested in living life gluten free? Want to know more about Gluten Free Foods?
Carol Ann Baily, Chair of the Nashville/Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Celiac Support Association, will explain why there are so many gluten-free products on the market today. She will tell why those products are vital to people dealing with Celiac, an auto-immune disease that reacts to the presence of gluten, as well as to those with non-celiac gluten sensitivity. This program will inform you about the varied symptoms of Celiac disease and the necessity to follow a gluten-free diet in order to remain healthy. She will discuss how to share a gluten-free kitchen and how to enjoy gluten-free dining out.
Reserve your seat here. This event will be in the first floor meeting room.
