County Historian Rick Warwick celebrates 217 years on the Franklin Public Square with a pictorial history. An evolution of buildings, businesses and personalities will be explored through period photographs. Franklin’s beautiful square has witnessed political rallies, Interurban trolley cars, Blue Ribbon Day Parades and several marching armies. Be prepared for a ninety minute travel back in time.
