In Academy Park
The multi-purpose field at Academy Park, 120 Everbright Ave. in Franklin will become an outdoor movie theater on Saturday, September 9 for Family Food & Film Nite. Enjoy a night of free fun watching “Sing” while you feast on awesome eats from food trucks including Padrino’s Pops, 313 Coneys and the Cool Kernel (cost incurred for all concessions). Bring your own chairs or blankets to watch the movie. There will also be games like 9 Square and Corn Hole. This event is sponsored by Little Sunshine’s Playhouse and Preschool.
Family Food & Film Nite will be from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with the movie starting at dusk. The Academy Park multipurpose field is located at 120 Everbright Ave., behind the Williamson County Enrichment Center and main library. No reservations are needed for this community event.
