Come sing along to your favorite songs at the Williamson County Public Library on July 23 at 6 p.m. Watch your friends and neighbors sing their favorite songs – sometimes well but often badly but that’s the fun of it all! If you’ve never tried karaoke, this is the time to try it out. Refreshments will be provided and prizes will be handed out for participation!!
Registration is requested so we know how many people to expect.
This program is provided as part of our adult summer reading program, Libraries Rock! The summer reading program encourages reading by people of all ages during June and July and to set a good reading example to our youth who need to maintain their learning progress when area schools are out. Adults submit book reviews to be entered in drawings for prizes in the adult summer reading program. See our book display in between the first floor staircases to learn more. Parents and guardians can register children for the free children’s summer reading program by visiting http://wcpltn.org/summer_reading or visiting your local Library Branch. Teens have their own summer reading program too. Everyone can read and win fun prizes!
The WCPL 2016 summer reading program is made possible due to the support of our Williamson County Public Library Foundation.
