🍲Vegetable soup to keep us warm and cozy by the fire!

Here’s our basic soup recipe you can do your own thing with:
Celery, onion and garlic in a splash of olive oil to start. Add in sliced zucchini and squash and some green beans. Fresh basil, rosemary and dill went in too. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a can of tomatoes and their juice and beef broth. I had my bone broth from TN so this was especially tasty and full of collagen and good for the gut – healing goodness!
Bone broth is best known for its anti aging properties, mainly collagen which contains proteins for skin, cartilage and bone. It’s great for digestion and balancing the gut, immunity, reducing joint inflammation and promoting good sleep. All things I want for myself and my family!♥️
