New commission piece is complete. This discerning client (standing in front of the painting at @stonebridgeartgallery in the last few photos) was inspired by her son’s art piece created under my teaching direction. We used the child’s art as the basis for the piece and added elements inspired by NYC, Art Deco, intense hues of blue, gold leaf, and black. There is much symbolism and references in this painting and I will be happy to share more soon, including the process reel. For now, my piece is in ques with my amazing husband, Don @stonebridgeartgallery to be custom framed in a gorgeous modern float frame. The final photo I would like to add to my stories is when the framed work is in her exquisite home in Franklin TN.
