👉 run to the pharmacy or grocery store
👉 organize a meal train
👉 offer to hold baby while she showers (if she is comfortable with this)
👉 spend time with her and have adult conversation (that isn’t all about the baby). Sometimes a little “normal” conversation can go a long way.
