Welcome to a phenomenon called doomscrolling. Doomscrolling is the compulsive consuming excessive amounts of content or media, positive or negative. Consuming so much content can leave us feeling drained and burnt out.

Here are a few tips to help cure yourself of doomscrolling:

☀️ Add screen-time limits for your most used apps
☀️ Schedule activities where you cannot use your devices (such as a float!)
☀️ Go for a hike or long walk to regulate your body with nature
