For those of you who don’t know me already, I’m Claire Dean, owner of Caliente Contouring Cool Springs. I’m originally from Cajun Country in South Louisiana and this is my favorite time of year down there – Mardi Gras! I’ve been in the beautiful Nashville area for over 6 years. Other than being a Caliente Contouring Reduction Specialist, I am also a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Ergonomist. While each of these hats are completely different services, they also have something in common. Health and wellness.
I recently read the book “Start With Why” by Simon Sinek. What is my why? Why do I do this? I want to help my clients and patients achieve their health and wellness goals. I will use my expertise to do so, but also want to point them in the right direction for their nutritional, emotional, or exercise needs. I not only want to help women and men look better, but I want them to feel better, be more productive, enjoy life, have energy for their friends and family, and have abundance in all they do, too.
