For utility customers utilizing the City’s online payment system, we advise using a browser other than Safari. The City’s third party processor has reported an error for transactions initiated by this browser. Customers may continue to pay online using another browser, such as Chrome or Edge. Other payment options are credit card by phone at 615-794-4572 or in person at our City Hall Office during the hours of 8am to 5pm. Payments by check may be placed in the after hours drop box located beside the First Horizon Bank drive through at 231 Public Square. We apologize for any inconvenience.
