Last Thursday night was THE perfect way to end a year of fabulous events, networking opportunities and CONNECTIONS!

I recently read an article written by @RoseHahn that said,
“A fear somewhere deep inside us tells us there’s not enough to go around. Not enough men. Not enough career opportunities. And not enough accolades, money, or any other thing we value. So we compete instead of collaborate. We boost our own esteem by squashing someone else’s. Or we stay silent when we could be complimenting, encouraging, cheering, or otherwise building each other up.”

One of the most incredible things about the women of @tnwomenconnect is that this isn’t the case for us! We don’t compete, we don’t steal business, we don’t put each other down for our own successes. We fix each others’ crowns when they might be falling off, we lift each other up and we truly LOVE each other!

There were connections made and strengthened at our holiday event! We came together- even in a WILD season of life for all- to celebrate the season and each other! And I can’t wait to do it all again in 2023!! Here’s to the lovely ladies of Tennessee Women Connect! Cheers! 🍾🥂
