Looking back on my life before horses, I see a young woman that was lost, searching for purpose, searching for a sense of Self. There was a lot of chaos in my life before I found horses, and plenty of self destructive behaviors to go around.
I struggled to find peace, safety, and self worth.
Horses have given me everything I was missing. They ground me. They have filled my life with purpose. They have showed me what it is to be embodied and to own my power as a woman.
