The Kaleidoscope Abelia (Abelia x grandiflora ‘Kaleidoscope’) might be a good candidate. This is a very versatile and colorful plant that can grow up to 2 – 3 feet tall and 3 – 4 feet wide. The foliage will change with each season. In spring it will turn yellow and in the Fall it turns orange/red. The white flower will bloom in Summer until Early Fall.
