Mayor Ken Moore will deliver his State of the City Address tomorrow (5/24) at Rolling Hills Community Church. The sporty theme “Crossing the Finish Line” will showcase Team Franklin’s many achievements in 2022 and highlight Capital Projects starting or nearing completion in 2023! Gates (doors) open at 7am and the big presentation will kickoff at 7:45am. A free breakfast will be served thanks to Team Franklin Rotary at Breakfast! Plus, you will have the opportunity to meet an…d greet many of our City All-Stars next to their displays – and learn more about the department they represent.
