My first feature for Foodie Friday is one of Esquire Magazine’s “Best New Restaurant of 2022”, Audrey. Located in the Meriden Park neighborhood in East Nashville, Audrey is more than just a fine dining establishment, it’s an experience.

Chef and owner, Sean Brock, a James Beard Award winner and a two times New York Times bestselling author, named the flagship restaurant after his grandmother, Audrey. The well acclaimed chef also owns Joyland and The Continental in Nashville.

Prevalent in the restaurant’s cuisine is many of Brock’s deepest passions including his heritage growing up in the rural South, Appalachian cuisine, his love of Japanese culture, and the traditions impressed on him from his grandmother.
