I often tell new clients who are looking for a very different look, that it can take some time. I love a good “transformation” but I work in real life with real hair and real people. I like to prioritize what a client wants to change and take small (&hair healthy!) steps addressing each one. I find communicating honestly and realistically is the best way especially when we first meet and I don’t know how your hair reacts.
