Ok, ladies and gents… I’ve really already given everyone too much information, but because my job is to make sure you kiddos stay out of pain, I will give a few more tips.
You really can’t strengthen 100% without having the 100% mobility…
so, your hips aren’t moving how we want them to move? Having a pinch, catch, ache, burn, etc?
try this stretch on your own!
Start with a bench in a comfortable incline position and place your leg in the position as shown in the pictures!
your goal is to eventually have the bench flat with only a slightly uncomfortable stretch!
If you cannot get into this position, work with the incline angles for a few days!
