Sorry, didn’t have any natural light to showcase this beauty, so she’s looking a little more yellow than I prefer 😏 but I couldn’t wait to share because OMG so good and soooo much protein!

This is ice cream from cottage cheese! Yup, still on my blender cottage cheese kick. I made this last night and stuck it in the freezer to eat today.

1/2c of cottage cheese (of your choice)
1/4 package of sugar free fat free chocolate pudding (I actually don’t think I added this much, but had some trouble with MFP on this one)
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop of protein powder (I use protein synthesis)
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk for blending (start with just a splash)

Blend it all together and place in the freezer overnight. I pulled it out and let it warm to room temp and then blended it again with a tiny bit of almond milk. I added a tablespoon of peanut butter and a few 100 calorie pack cookies to mine to get more fat and carbs.

This is super rich and reallllly helped me meet my protein goals today. I hope it helps you meet your goals and curb your sweet tooth!
