This cabinet has seen 150 years come and go. In our progressive world today, that time may not seem so impressive. But what if I told you that this cabinet was built during the same time as Thomas Edison was perfecting the incandescent light bulb? It brings that time into perspective. Unlike our disposable goods of today, this was built to stand the test of time.
Most likely used as a General Store display or Apothecary cabinet, I can only imagine the things it has witnessed over the years. Built by a craftsman with hand driven wire and iron nails, rabbet joints, planked backing and entirely construction with solid wood. Structurally sound and operational, it features 18 drawers and 38 slots for the ultimate display and storage. Finished in a custom aged wash and sealed in a Flat sheen for authentic Primitive style complimented by all original iron drawer pulls. The interior has been thoroughly cleaned and oiled for excellent operation of the drawers. Several of the drawers feature dividers as well.
