Teachers matter and the smallest humans deserve the best teachers! Core developmental changes occur in early childhood and will be the base for everything we learn later in life (Bransford et all 1999, Bruner 1987, Meltzoff et al 2009, Piaget 1928, Vygotsky 1978). Also, brain cell development is the highest at this time. Creative and motivating teachers make a huge difference in a young child’s development.
