#ThankAnOperatorThursday : Meet Ben Conner. He is a husband and father to two sons. The City of Franklin is fortunate to have him as a Utility Inspector in the Water Management Department. Ben holds a cross-connection license, distribution systems level 2, and collection systems level 2. You may see Ben working on sewer and water lines throughout Franklin. He makes it a high priority to learn new techniques to lower the impact on streets. On Christmas Day, a water main busted due to the frigid temperatures, and Ben was on the scene to make that emergency repair. Thank you, Ben, for always serving our community well!
