The 4th Annual Juneteenth Festival is happening tomorrow (6/17) on the Square in Downtown Franklin from 10am-5pm! There will be live music, food, a kids zone, and more! Please note that portions of 3rd Ave. and Main Street will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning tonight at 8 pm and will reopen before 9 pm tomorrow.
