UPDATE: Lewisburg has reopened. Lines are down on Lewisburg Ave. between Mack Hatcher and Carriage Park. Roadway is closed until crews are able to get things cleared. There have also been reports of several traffic signals out in the downtown Franklin area. Please, treat traffic signals with no lights as four way stops.
