We are GROWING! Please help us welcome provider Leslie Mullins to The Fork Functional Medicine! Leslie graduated with her Master’s in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. She is a certified Physician Assistant with over 10 years’ of experience in medicine. She has a background working in neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, and gastroenterology.
She has also traveled to many parts of the world to be involved in medical missions providing healthcare and surgical care to those in need. After working with very sick patients in the acute care setting, Leslie made it her mission to become an expert in preventive and holistic care so that she could better serve patients. She enrolled in the Institute of Functional Medicine certification program for two years and became certified as a functional medicine practitioner in 2020. Since that time, she has worked in both conventional medicine and Functional medicine and has been able to incorporate the best of both worlds to provide the highest quality of care.
