Guest Care Team Members are responsible for making sure appointments run smoothly and the guest leaves excited about their experience in the salon. This encompasses many duties, from cleaning and inventory to conducting stylist assistance on the floor. Some of those responsibilities include, but not limited to::
•Greeting & welcoming clients
•New guest tours around the salon
•Guest before and after photos
•Answering phones, email, text, and voicemails
•Retail customer service and sales
•Cleaning and maintaining front desk and retail floor
•Booking and rescheduling appointments
•Assisting stylists in finding starts/rinses when double-booked, guest experiences during processing times
•Entering, counting, and adjusting inventory
•Performing store-to-store transfers
