If you’re split between cardio & resistance like us, Quarterbacks is the perfect workout for you! This workout comprises 1/2 cardio & 1/2 resistance… 7 stations of each. It truly is the best of both worlds. Today, we have Rowers, Ski ERGs, Push Presses, Deadlifts, & a wide variety of other full-body exercises. 💪😅

👉 We still have two classes today, 4:30 PM & 5:30 PM. Come on in & try your first class with Coach Amanda! 🤗
