Williamson County Animal Center (WCAC) will host its monthly rabies vaccination and microchip clinic on Saturday, December 17th from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the center. Everyone is invited to bring their cats and/or dogs.
The State of Tennessee requires rabies vaccinations for all cats and dogs and a current tag as proof, tags are included as part of the $10 fee. Cash or check only, no credit or debit card payments are accepted for vaccinations.
WCAC experiences an increase in the number of lost pets it receives during times of year traditionally celebrated with firework displays. With New Year’s celebrations just around the corner, the clinic is an opportunity for families to protect their pets ahead of time for only $15 per microchip.

Microchips are tiny devices inserted under an animal’s skin that contains identifying information that can be accessed by veterinarians and animal centers to help reunite lost pets with their loved ones. If your pet needs a microchip, we also offer microchipping to the public Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. All are welcome!
