Yesterday I was reflecting on 2022 and what I want to personally work on in 2023. I started my year so strong with my personal goals, then hit a huge block in May when I finally got some help for my anxiety and started meds. It took a few months to get them right then I was out of my routine, then busy season, then lazy winter season. But no more excuses!! So here’s my personal goals for the new year…
